All items at Holden's Archive are original antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces, so our return policy is limited by nature.

At Holden's Archive, all items are original antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of their unique nature, we have a limited return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or are materially different from their description. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at holden.archive.history@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a refund or store credit.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items that match their listed description and condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as each item in our shop is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
Condition Disclosures
All items are antiques and are sold as described. Condition (Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent) is assessed and noted in each product listing. Age-related wear consistent with the item's age and condition grade is not considered a defect.
