• The Beckwith mentioned is Israel(2)’s daughter

• Summary: After Israel(2)’s death the estate belonged to his wife Cynthia Margeson. The deed dated Nov. 10. 1890 explains that Israel(2) and Cynthia's Daughter, Mary A McGowen (Margeson at the time) gained the following rights to the estate: "Receiving however to the sole and exclusive use of Mary Beckwith for and during the lifetime of said Cynthia Margeson the south kitchen and pantry on the first floor of the dwelling house ______ premises and the south room on the second floor thereof”
