Authentic handwritten Austrian document, c.1530. German script in brown ink on aged paper.
This is an account / inventory leaf taken from binding waste, with the customary glue traces and a little loss of text at the margin.
From the papers of the Zott von Pernegg family — Hieronymus Zott von Pernegg, Chief Mining Master, and Johann Zott von Pernegg, Salt Administrator, in Hall in Tyrol. A rare fragment of 16th-century Austrian history.
Fair condition given its nearly five centuries of age — please see the photos for detail.
